End User License Agreement

Effective Date: June 13, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Clean Water Climb, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Spring, Texas, governing your access to and use of any interactive services, forms, or software integrations (the “Services”) provided through our website at https://www.cleanwaterclimb.org.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Scope of Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for lawful purposes related to supporting or interacting with Clean Water Climb, Inc. (e.g., making a donation or receiving email updates).

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to access data not intended for your use

4. Third-Party Services

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Classy.org, Google APIs). Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Clean Water Climb, Inc. is not responsible for third-party service performance or data practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology provided on the site remains the exclusive property of Clean Water Climb, Inc. or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any portion without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Clean Water Climb, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Water Climb, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
