Trip Purpose:
This trip is the first of two opportunities in 2026 to join the Kilimanjaro Clean Water Climb, focusing on raising funds for Child Legacy’s clean water projects in Malawi. Participants (20 max) will trek Mt. Kilimanjaro’s Lemosho Route and visit Child Legacy’s sustainability project and repair broken water wells in Malawi.
Cost:
~$5,365 per person, excluding airfare. Deposit of $1,870 due by January 17, 2026.
Optional Add-Ons:
Participants can choose to skip the Malawi portion (not recommended!) and return home after Kilimanjaro, shortening the trip to 15 days.
Option to add extra days at Child Legacy for $125 per day.
Significance:
The trip emphasizes a higher purpose: combining adventure with sustainability by supporting Child Legacy’s Clean Water Climb initiative. Participants will make a tangible impact on Malawi’s clean water access while experiencing the beauty of Africa.
